We use the whole chicken, Omi Shamo, which we raise ourselves, processed according to reservation. The soup is made using only Omi Shamo bones and water, and is boiled for 10 hours to extract the flavor, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of Omi Shamo to your heart's content.
